This was painted for the Chick Challenge recently and I must admit I really liked painting this one. I went for a totally different setting than I am used too and thought I would go for a type of cave/ rocky region. The base was cut for a single block of wood with the back of the cave has been attacked with a chisel to get the rocky effect. The rest was just a mixture of pine bark and kneadit putty.
