Tau Sentinel w/ Pulse Rifle

Comments please. Lead-cast copy (right arm with weapon and left arm are originals). Converted: lower body from Tau Commander. Primed in black, washed with white, painted with Citadel Vermin Brown and Vomit Brown, general wash with Badab Black, and Devlan Mud and Gryphone Sepia for specific areas painted with Vermin and Vomit brown, respectively; dry-brushed with Vermin and Vomit Brown and own mix of Gray. Red similar to Red Blood. Weapon was also dry-brushed with Orange from P3; Gold from Vallejo. I liked the heavy, dirty look but I don't like painting over black; the white wash didn't help.

Thanks for the fb, guys. I'll try to go easier on the amount of paint, and as for the weird look of the copy, yes, it not only lost definition (clearly on the backpack) but also changed the proportion of the miniature (the torso was flatened - like when you compress a Big Mac, and the head is shorter).

lead cast copy...sounds like copyright infringement there, and honestly, should have stuck with the plastic, this copy looks akward and not paintes too well
