I'm not a fan of the colour scheme, i think the light/dark contrasts are too glary, but its well painted, 8/10. I'd make the cloak a lighter blue (all regal highlighted with enchanted) and the highlights on the white inner robe, the change from blue to white is too sharp. Good work tho, equal to if not better than anything i can paint, so keep it up
