This is my Swarmlord that I made using the Carnifex and Trygon kits as I didn't just want a regular hive tyrant with 4 bone sabre I wanted something massive.
I like it. The head is so big it actually works in a fun way, seems the swarmlord could just swallow his opponents whole if he gets tired of fencing with them. :) Would've liked to have seen a further highlight on the carpace parts, just a tiny one on the top edges, to define the forms a bit more.
The marine pointing a plasmagun at his jaw is a bit worrying... ;)
