That's a cool model and a decent paintjob too. It has a very natural tone to it, which I like. However, like your other minis so far it lacks a bit of definition I think. Bringing out some of the raised edges could add more focus to the important parts of the mini, like for example the head.
More shading, more contrast. I like where your going with the copper tones, but it appears to be simply drybrushed. Make those scales stand out with a wash followed by a brighter tone, and hit the edges with some highlights.
The tarnished look around the eye is pretty creative- good job.
