Nice conversion first off. The head looks a bit young, mebbe if you would have given him some stubble. Great paint job. And I love the dragons and the cloack. I agree you should put some metalics on the S Bolter maybe on the barrels and the back, but I don't think he would be executed for favoring red, (WTF?) Oh and I like the base.
All that lets it down is the blend/transition between shades and the storm bolter. It wouldn't be red all over. He would have been executed for dwelling in the colour of the Blood God too much.
