Have to say thanks to Amazon Warrior for giving me this model during ME22 (I think). Lost Boy over on Wamp also deserves a mention because he took me on in a challenge which really helped me get motivated to finish this one. A great sculpt by old Rackham, even though it was a pain to glue and paint because it weighs a ton! I'll probably strip him and paint him up again some time as he is difficult to get a hold of nowadays and I'm not 100% happy with him. This is actually the first mini I ever tried proper blending on! I'll paint him again once I get some more experience under my belt. Painted this one with acrylics (Vallejo, GW and P3 I think). Big thanks to Jarhead who posted some nice tutorials over on Massivevoodoo.blogspot.com that helped me alot. Thanks for taking a peek and please leave a comment with some critics if you have the time :-)

Nice work! Blending looks very good and great blood effect (although little too far pushed on the nose for me) matches very well with snow setting. Looks like you did something similar to me when I was painting mine - focus on the skin and then too hastly get my way through other elements (the leather looks little too flat). 7.5 from me.
