This is Reaper Minis' 14165 Selwyn Elven Captain, sculpted by Werner Klocke. In this case, she has been painted as a dark elf to above tabletop quality with Reaper Master Series paints and sealed with Testers Dullcoat. Her sword has been painted with a frost magic effect. The figure is mounted on a 25mm square cobblestone base.
