I love the color scheme you've chosen. The different variations of blues and gold go well together. The reddish clay colored skirt is a nice accent and matches the base. Well done : )
The face looks good, but the overall paint quality looks very rushed. One gets the feel that you can command light, blending and colors, but you left this mini incomplete and rough.
