The shading of the trouser is good, as you didin't attempted to reach the look of bluejeans. The hair fits, but the face, the most important region has a little to large eyes. As you wanted to have blue iris, you need a smalled brush to apply. Think of some blacklining as well, to reach more contrast and the separate the colours. Why do you want to paint only tabletop qualitiy btw.?
