The Sanguinor
This miniature is a study of blending and non-metallic metal technique based on work by Darren Latham. I got my hands on this little beauty on the 1st April in order to paint it for entry into Leicester GW's painting competition on the 10th April. For this style of painting, that's not a lot of time so I thought I'd document the challenge to see if a collection centre-piece can be painted in only 10 days (bearing in mind I only tend to paint for 2-4 hrs each evening because of work etc.).
