He is riding over the fallen standard of an enemy. I put a scale beside him to show the size of the mini. The miniature is from the 15mm scale tabletop Demonworld made by the german company Hobbyproducts.

It's nice to see some Demonworld minis here. This one is great (and much, much better than my Athulain). Nice base, too. The only weakness is the rather bland tail, but that may partly be due to the photo, too.
