Hm I saw some other Minis that wasnt better and got a better rating then 3.3 . The face seems to be good. For me there are a bit too many different colours which go directly together if you do a little black line between them our eye can discern it better. Its hard to explain. Look at this mini, between the skin and the cloths or between the metals from the sword http://coolminiornot.com/181083 Also I would try to paitn some more shadows and highlights. On a figure you must paint the contrast much harder then in real, because its so small. And our eye catch it better so.
