Coverted Nugle Chaos Marine

I've been painting for a little over a year now, and at first I was painting so I could play 40k. I have now come to realize I'd rather take my time and paint a mini to the best of my ability, rather than try and pump out alot for gaming purposes. This will be the first miniature I've posted on CMON. So this mini is the fist in my new era of painting, it started out as a fun project, but then I went all out and tried some new techniques on him. One of the techniques being rust, which I am pretty pleased with, I sure know how to do it better now. The other being glowing eyes which I am not as pleased with, I don't think it looks too bad but it's not as good as I was hoping. Comments and Critisism Appreciated. ~Tri

like the other person said, a devlan mud wash would do wonders, and if you drybrushed the metal onto your rusted areas instead of painting it on it would create a much more realistic effect...nice job though

You asked for a comment, so here it is! Nice work on the armouor, but if I would recommend highlights and washes. A Devlan Mud (of course!) wash on the green would be fantastic, as would a highlight. Also, maybe some less chipping? It detracts form the rust effect a bit (which I like!).
