Spooky! I like it. Perhaps a little more something on the base. The eyes are intense.

Does really weird and quite creepy count as a comment? :P Seriously, this is very nice work! The only suggestion I can make is perhaps a red ink wash or some glazes to give the exposed muscle a wet, bloody look. Overall good stuff, though!
