Virina, Female Demon
Reaper mini sculpted by Werner Klocke. I wanted to play with the idea that she was once an angel - so used slightly diminished flesh tones on her body, taking them to blues and blacks towards the extremities to express her fall from grace. Skulls on the base are of a slightly larger scale - used since I wanted her to appear petite. Still working on photographing - the base looks lighter than it actually is and lost some deep blue/purple tonality at the bottom of the base. Also the highlights and variation in the hair didn't show as well as I would like... Comments are welcome and appreciated...
