by red star miniatures been painted twice now due to multiple droppages just wanted to try camo on them. not happy but will learn and try better with the next lot. also had fun messing around with the ground. wanted it to look damp and slightly snowy. looks ok irl whaddya think?

Nice work. The camo effect is, if anything, a bit too subtle - I didn't notice it until you pointed it out! But my main crit is the position of the pointing mini. I like how he's indicating a target to another model, but his static pose interrupts the flow of the other, moving minis. He would have been better placed at the back, with some distance between him and the moving models, to give the impression that he had just stopped for a moment.
