This is my version of Njal, I will use him as a "ordinarie" Rune Priest in my Space Wolf army.

I like the amount of detail you manage to get with your painting-style. You can really spot all the nooks and crannys in Njals armour.
I do miss some effects on the armour, it seems a little to plain at the moment. Otherwise, a really nice paintjob!

Skullstaff or Bearshead or Redbeard?! Nice work, though the armour is a bit too bright for my taste. It grabs the attention when the focus should be on the face, the staff, other detail
