I believe you should try to paint thinner layers, thinning the paint a bit with water. As it is now, it looks a bit clogged up.
Also, it's somewhat an overkill to post three pictures of one miniature, just from different angles. It would have been a much better idea to make it into one picture (in photoshop or similar) and post it as one file.
