This is one of my favorite Pulp City miniatures. He was a commando who hunted down occult monsters. He was given mystical powers after defeating a multi-headed dragon. He can shoot fireballs from his gun and can sheath his arm in fire to burn down any villain who threatens Pulp City. I'm pretty pleased with how he turned out. this was my first OSL attenpt.
