Here are 4 berzerkers from my squad; these 4 are currently the most well painted among it squad members in my opinion and I do have the intention to paint them all this way. The gold trim doesn't seem to be working so I don't know I might give NMM a try or something. Anyway, more to come...

if you give the metals a very heavy delvin mud wash they will look much more effective for very little effort, re-highlighting them in the starting colour will make them look even better again after completing the first method...
