Looks like it has parts from dark eldars (torso,forearms,etc)... so it won't be a sculpt but a conversion :D
Not bad but as far as I recogniced the parts it just feels like a tail and other minor work was done and the paintjob is just a bit over tabletop so can help it but give it a 5.5
