I liked this mini the first time I saw it- I think it has lots of character-- I don't even collect orcs normally but this guy was so endearing! ?? Anyway, I'm pretty happy with the results, especially the staff. Comments and critiques are always welcome.

Your shading with inks could be more controled to give the model a cleaner appearence. If you have not used inks or washes (although it looks like you have) then again a little improvment on neatness is required IMHO. Otherwise nice :)
