Being harsh, some of the blending needs to be alot smoother. you can clearly see the different layers, especially on the cloak.
some washes/glazes should help bring the colours together more, but watering down the paint and applying it in more gradual layers would be better.
also the arm holding the close combat weapon looks too long.
the gold looks nice and you've painted the skin pretty well. all in all a nice model, not perfect but nice.
