This is my first serious attempt at painting a 30mm scale mini. A completely new experience after two years of 15mm scale painting. I tried some new(for me) techniques which i had never used before, like NMM, painting gems and Black/Darklining. I would love to hear comments on what i have done wrong and how i can improve on my painting skills.

The NMM is excellent, but the skin is a bit flat.

I think the detail on the boots and her flesh is pretty good, but the NMM doesn't look very metalicy to me =(. I'm just beginning to learn how to do it myself so I can't give you any real reason why it doesn't look it.. The gem looks nice, too. Good luck!
