Okay, I'll bite. The skin looks okay, the thing that makes it a 5, for me anyway, is the lack of depth on the teeth. You need more tones for shading. They look like a flat color, and are a center of focus, there are a lot of them after all. ;)
If you PM me I'll send you a good tutorial for doing bone, whether it's on teeth, horns, or just bones.
