the 'ropes' get way too thick in the middle: they're clearly hand-rolled, and not in the good way. The cloak doesn't look like it's flapping in the wind: it looks like it's plastic, not cloth.
Furthermore, the Dark Angel on the banner looks kind of mushy, and it could easily use a bit of filing and knife work to make it look cleaner. On a similar note, the Dark Angel symbol on his right pauldron just looks like it was stuck there, with no thought to how something would look if it was actually part of a piece of armor.
You seem to be following in Scibor's footsteps, and that path faces the wrong way.
However, I do have to give you some credit, mostly on how those feather talismans look, as well as having his Terminator helmet on his belt (though how he'd put it on with his shawl over his head is beyond me).
