I'm with elfboy as far as the purple is concerned. My biggest criticism would be with the sword. It looks like just black shade with white highlight. I think you should add a shimmer in there to make it look more metallic. The black hair with white highlights is a little abrupt for me too, especially from the back. I love the purple with black and gold with white ruffles, though. Good color scheme.
I disagree with Diamondb about the purple, I think it's well balanced with the black and gold. I think the face, particularly around the eye, could do with a little more definition, it looks flat next to the rest of the clean work you've done on her.
