Very nice work on everything, especially the angry expression in his face, great :) But imo, his sword his much too colourful - e.g. a simple steel blade with perhaps a slightly bluish tone would look better -, and shading and transitions on the sword and on the panache are not half as good as you did on the rest of the mini.
