I don't know if it is your picture but the figure looks "frosty" The flesh colours lookl ike they have a layer of snow or ice on them. The shading blending is good.
I think a different choice for the camo colours would have been better. The greys just blend too much with the dull metal. The base seems uninteresting as well.
