Gorkamorka Diggas

These are some quite rare minis so for those who are not familiar with them: these are minis for a human faction for the 40k spinoff game Gorkamorka, which otherwise only featured orks. When I discovered the minis I really liked them due to the amount of details and the interesting techno-barbarian look. I painted these three for the German GD, I didn´t impress anyone there but I´m still happy how they turned out - they did not often enjoy a good paintjob back in the 90s. Comments appreciated, I can post zhem seperately with bigger pics if you wish.

Ah... I see you try some new things, try to make them look more realistic... It´s an important step to understand, that a realistic Mini needs Light, Texture, Contrast... I think you should work on your shadows... use different colors then the plain skin color you are used to... be brave... Painting "simply" smooth is so 2000...^_^... I like your Metals... They are the best part about those Minis... The Skin is the Mayor part and it looks flat... put more stress to make that look good (contrast, different colors in the Shadows... something special...)... Anyway, you are developing ape shit crazy... I am looking forward to see how you proceed... 10 Points...
