ChickChallenge 2009: Lynia Bust
Hi folks, this was my entry for the ChickChallenge 2009 - a bust of an elvish dragon huntress called Lynia. The bust is from "Zwergenschmiede Miniaturen". This was my very first time painting a bust and I had to learn that there are some differences between this scale and my usual 28-32mm miniatures. But in the end I am pretty satisfied with the result... ;) The engraved design on the armor is all freehand, the model itself has smooth armor plates which I thought looked a bit boring. To get the design at least halfway symmetric on both sides of the bust was a real PITA... Well, hope you like her, comments are very welcome. ;) Vulture
