I like that miniature, it's full of potential. I wouldn't say its alway the pictures fault. I think a little more contrast on some parts of the fur (even when it is a white lion) and more subtle transitions on the NMM on the blade would improve your mini a lot. The plaited hair looks very good and is worth a 9, also the base and even the blade's back is great, but the other things lack a little bit deepness.
