well this was hard to color balance in photoshop so ive lost a bit of details. But this is what my upcomming eldar are going to be like. All mounted on Scibor Bases. Advice is always welcome :)
I think it looks great, you really achieved a nice crisp white there. I dislike working with white as its difficult to shade and very hard to get a smooth finish. Also, very difficut to photograph. I bet you had fun in photoshop trying to balance the colours on this! Good work, can't wait to see more! With regards to washing, maybe you could try a very watered down fortress or codex grey ?
