All bits from GW - most belong to the "old" Lord of Change model... Wings were originally from a Chaos Dwarf Great Taurus... and have been modified to fit the model. Since GW does not feature proper princes right now, one has to build... hey, this is fun... this is why I play Chaos... The "balls" in his palms are to be Fireballs of Tzeentch... Green and Indigo Fire respectively...

I love those old Greater Deamon models, those old ones were great and had a lot more character then the current ones, I like the wing converion, but those "fireballs" look a bit iffy IMHO, when I first looked at the pic, I thought what is that Lord of Change of change doing with those waterballoons?
