Whilst the ork is very nicely painted, the overload of red on the bike detracts from the whole piece. Parts such as the skull plate on the handlebars, guns and rocket could have been done in differing shades and tones of metal to denote different materials in use. It would have made the red bits 'pop' as opposed to drown out the rest of your work.
