Those look like the points of real pins sticking out everywhere, I bet that keeps the ratlings running around the gaming tables from touching.

A 10 becuae- well, its "amazing." I do think the head and khorne icon above it (not the banner, the gold icon) could be "keyed up" a bit, because the area is the compositional center, but is the one piece that does NOT hold your eye.
