I love this mini, and I'm sure I'll paint it again properly some day... It's the Lion Bust from Kraken Editions / Arte Factory http://www.kraken-editions.com/en/ in case you want to pick one up for yourself. For scale, the base is a 1x1 inch cube. This mini was actually painted in a half hour speed paint event at the 2008 World Expo. It was a really fun event and another great time in the best miniature convention I've ever attended.
