I like it. Over the top? Hes a freaking Chapter Master, with centuries of experience! That he would find an exotic weapon during his years should be expected.
Possibly a bit over the top, even for a Dark Angel. I mean, look at that weapon! I like the effect, but feel that, perhaps, you went just a wee bit too far...
