Sometime evil wears a mask
this was my entry for iron painter round 3 - theme being psycho. I wanted a piece that told its own story. i only had 3 days on this due to a holiday si i had to keep it simple. As soon as the theme was announced i thought of Candy (probably as i was in the process of painting another version at the time!). I tried to create something sinister from something that shouldnt be, a sweet little girl cant be psychotic surely? To that end i only used chaos black skull white and then blood red for the blood and eys. i tried the osl to create more atmosphere and also to make a contrast, part of her looks nice an light like her appearance but the other part is dark and in shadow - like her true character.
