You are really becoming a master of Mech painting :) You are doing fantastic work and this is no exception. What keeps this from scoring higher in my opinion are two points - 1. the base is not of the same quality as the Mech, mostly because of the border. I think a regular hex base with a black painted border would complement and frame the Mech better. 2. small details in contrasting colors. You have fantastic details on the mini, no doubt about that. The battle damage is top notch and the lens effects are good too. But why both of them in yellow? Some little eye catchers in different colors would enhance the appearance and add interest. Anyway, keep it up and i am looking forward to your next works :)
