you people are crazy this is one of the best minis ever entered in a golden demon, so amazingly converted and painted to ultra realism this was really amazing to see!
That's a Cadian plastic helmet, so it's clearly a 28mm scale Warhammer mini. The rest looks highly converted if not scratch-built though. Very stylish.
