Giving you a 9 because I think the camera lighting is what has taken away from this. Would love to see him on his own. What wings are those? I was looking to add some wings to my own emperors champion model but can't find any I like, these however are superb.
On account of the picture-taking, I'd say 6. THat's a shame, because there's enough here to suggest that peice is more like an 8. It looks like the flash was on when you took the picture. Drop the flash and get a rigging set-up for diffused, clean light.
