Simply amazing! Like all of your works it is a perfect presentation of increadibly clean blendings, perfect , razor-sharp light and beautiful skintones. Your style of painting is very recognizable. There is that strange aspect of your way of lightning that makes the figures look a bit 2 dimensional, which is not an accusation, by any means. Less so in this one, more in other of your works. Nevertheless you are suely one of the best technical painter in the world (if not the best), and a 9.3 rating for this figure is ridicolous. It surely is the best paintjob from the top 7 chart. It should be ratet 9.7-9.8 imo. What is your secret of such clean blending, it is insane! Thanks for sharing, it's a great inspiration for me!

Actually the rifle is correct. The German 'gebirsjager' used the shortened K98 mauser. Great painting on this fig! However, I agree the clothes should be a little more weathered.
