what the others have said is true... keep painting, dont be afraid to experiment, do it your way.

Carefully shave away the flash from the model before painting it, and try to use several thin coats of paint rather than one or two thick ones. It's harder to handle really thin paint, but once you get control of it you'll enjoy the results of your work.

Good effort as its nice and neat! Have a look at the articles on this site and take heed with what people say to you like the guy above. Most of all enjoy painting and dont get stuck up on scores on this site. Overall a very good effort!
