Nicely painted and based, love the cape. Perfect for the fluff, despite what is said below. :)

I like it, but it doesn't fit in with the ethos of WH40k.. Sergants are full, initiaed marines, scouts are the ones who wear that armour, a sergant would wear but power armour.. It is still magnificiently painted at a 9, but the armour brings it down.

the cloak is nice painted but it is painted "flat", the symbol must follow the folds of the cloak...nice work indeed
