I really like the richness to the shading of the skin, and the skin and face overall are great. The feathers look super, too. Some of the areas look a little too dark and kind of murky. I feel like they needed to be picked out in different colouars and/or brighter highlights. His forearms and the items on the right side of the head in particular.
You really pulled off the skin nicely and I also like the colours overall. what holds it back for me is the excess blacklining. Try lining in a darker colour of the maincolour and only use black in the darkest places.. and sharpen it up a bit so the lines become thinner. But it really catch my eye colourwise. Great work! Sven
