Springtime Treewoman with sculpted claws
I sculpted the original Treewoman almost a year ago, and soon after sculpted an alternate hand variant by request. I took the resin cast Treewoman spiked arms and cut the ends off. I then created a wire armature from paper clips. After bulking it out with green stuff I then added the tree texture in subsequent layers. I then sent out this Treewoman to my friend Jeff Wilson. Jeff has been painting competitively since 1998 and has won many many awards. He is an exceptional talent and we were very lucky to have been able to work with him. It was nice to see that Jeff had painted up the Treewoman in a springtime theme, which is a nice departure from our autumn themed Treewoman.
