This is quite nicely done - I bet he looks excellent on the table. A couple of suggestions though - while the green highlights look very good (I like the colour, kinda ghostly), they're a little thick in some places. The top highlight looks like a separate line and doesn't blend in with the rest of the green. Thinning your paint more should help, but also a possibility is to quickly rinse the paint from your brush, and run the damp (not wet) clean brush along the edge of the highlight, which may help make the edge translucent and help it blend in. The other thing is that the guns, such a large part of this model, are pretty plain - I'd look at varying the colour a little more so they're not just black. I know, black is cool and fairly accurate for great big guns, but in terms of the mini it'd improve it's overall look if you used a bit more metal (for example), or made a couple of the panels grey (to keep it muted like the overall model). And I think it's a bit sad that on your second post of the model, posted several months ago, out of 400+ views no-one's left a comment yet! So I hope this helps somewhat :)
