The blue looks fine apart from the shine which is really annoying I would suggest that you try some black linning on the coloured diamonds to seperate them, the saddle is too dark for my liking I would have used something like Beastial Brown with a darker brown to washer over it, the same for the straps. I do not like the gold plate you have done on the area behind the saddle and it also seems to appear between the rains and front straps and where it should be horse flesh. The colour used for the horse itself could use some shading to bring out the muscle tones.
